Wholemeal bread

I have recently become obsessed and seduced by the making of bread. This is a particularly good recipe from a baking supplement in the Guardian a few months ago. There’s a lot of waiting around for ‘gentle kneading’ and rising time so you need to leave half the day aside and tie in the process with other things but it’s a great recipe and worth the wait.

Will be baking some muffins this week hopefully!…
