Joint Effort

Had a bit of an energetic baking week after feeling pretty lethargic the week before. This is not all my handy work though – the bread is Lawrence’s, the blueberry muffins are mine.

The muffins didn’t have much sugar in them so are quite light with bursts of juicy blueberries. You can almost call them healthy – well blueberries are a ‘super food.’
