Who&#039;s going ot make your one? A professional may well be able to go over a metre. I was thinking you could create a kind of plinth to cheat and give it extra height, rather than the whole thing being a cone.</description>

		<description>Well, I&#039;ve been mulling all the options over, but as I said, I&#039;m not too keen on boiling up the sugar syrup to glue it together in an unfamiliar kitchen. You couldn&#039;t really make segments, as you assemble it within a large, stainless steel conincal mould. 

It&#039;s only leaning as I had a finite amount and didn&#039;t fill up the mould to a nice level finish, if you see what I mean!</description>
