Another carrot cake

Jo’s already done a carrot cake, and I thought I had too, but no – perhaps the picture from my last effort was even worse than this one. I could do with a tripod…

Anyway, yes, it’s a Dan Lepard recipe from the Saturday Guardian. Thanks Dan – sterling work, week-in, week-out.

We had some cream cheese in the fridge that Fran had bought to ice cupcakes. Which she never made. So I made some, but had loads of icing left over… So I had to make this really.

It’s a bit, er, rustic-looking, but that’s fine eh?
