I ground up walnuts, but I don't think I cooked the base bit long enough, as it wasn't as biscuity as yours. Also, as I've got several kilos of dark choc still, I bunged some into the topping. Mine was a bit more like a baked custard - but again, that may be because I didn't cook it long enough. Made some over the weekend.
