		<description>I&#039;m not sure about this one. It&#039;s a bit weird - because of the banana I think. IMHO a banana cake should declare itself as a banana cake (or a banana and white choc cake - as we all know that&#039;s a perfect combo!). But this is a moist walnutty cake that also happens to taste a bit of banana. If I made it again, I&#039;d be tempted to play around with the quantities and remove the banana. 

It looks fab though - a cross-section is gorgeous, with the red of the beet and the faint green of the walnuts. (Which doesn&#039;t really come across in my pic / on my monitor.)</description>
